There's an exciting year ahead of us, and this website will keep you up to date with all sorts of information: assignments, events, test dates, resources, and anything else I feel you should know.

All About Ms. Baas

  I lived in a small town my entire life.  A town of security, a town where you knew everyone's name, and a town that provided me with as many opportunities as I needed until it was time to find a career....

  I have always wanted to be a teacher, and have loved every minute of it so far.  At the age of six I had my own classroom in the basement of our house, the neighbourhood kids would come over, and I would teach them math and science - apparently those areas were not where I found my passion.

  I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Victoria, with a major in French and a minor in English.  After completing a Bachelor of Humanities Degree in 2009, I entered into the PDPP Program in Fall 2009 (also at the University of Victoria), and successfully finished that in January 2011.   

 I am passionate about language, culture and new experiences, and can't wait to teach and learn with you!
